All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and local postal service efficiency.
Below are the estimated average delivery times after dispatch:

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $79.99 USD (after discounts, before taxes).
Orders below this threshold will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
4. Rush Delivery
For express or rush delivery requests, please contact us at rayshecustomer@outlook.com before placing your order.
We will confirm availability and the additional shipping cost.
Please note that Pre-Order or Pre-Sale items are not eligible for expedited or rush delivery.
5. International Shipments
We are happy to ship worldwide, including to Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UK, and other international regions.
Please note that all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused by the recipient, it may be subject to additional return shipping fees or restocking charges.
We strongly recommend contacting us before refusing delivery to avoid extra costs.
7. Standard Delivery & Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond the estimated delivery window.
Unfortunately, Rayshe has no control over courier delays once a package is shipped.
If your tracking shows “Arriving Late,” please contact the carrier directly for the most accurate delivery updates.
8. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Rayshe is not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
