Return & Refund Policy

Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed, which usually occurs within 2–3 hours after placing the order.
If you have already paid and need to make any changes, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

Once packaging and shipping have started, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.


2. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our apparel is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue caused by our error.

If you still wish to cancel or request a refund after we have processed your order, a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

You may be eligible for a refund or free reshipment under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • You received the wrong product or size.

  • Your order did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (25 business days, excluding 2–5 days processing time).

In these cases, all restocking fees are waived, and you may choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment.


4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Delays or losses due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., customs inspections, postal strikes, natural disasters).

  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside the return window.


5. Return Conditions

If your return is approved, please follow these return requirements carefully:

  • Return Address:

    Please do not return items to the address on your shipping label — it is not our warehouse address.

  • Packaging Requirements:
    All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, including tags, bags, or boxes, and must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
    Items that arrive in damaged or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
    Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.

  • Final Inspection:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund or replacement status.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at rayshecustomer@outlook.com.
