Size Guide
Size Guide
Measure the garment. Read the product chart. Choose the fit you want.
|
IMPORTANT Rayshe size charts normally show flat garment measurements—not body measurements. Never choose only by your usual S, M or L. Read the notes on the individual product chart to confirm whether bust, waist and hip values are one-side flat widths or full circumferences. |
Find your Rayshe size in four steps
|
01 Open the product chart Sizing can vary by style and supplier. The chart on the individual product page is the controlling reference. |
02 Check the chart notes Confirm the unit and whether each value is a one-side flat width or a full circumference. |
|
03 Measure a similar garment Lay a well-fitting item flat without stretching it. Measure it in the same way shown or described on the chart. |
04 Choose your preferred fit Consider stretch and silhouette. For a roomier fit, choose the larger size when between sizes. |
Charts display centimetres and inches where available. Because international labels are not standardized, do not rely on US/UK/EU conversions or assume another brand's size will match Rayshe.
How to measure a garment
Fasten buttons or zips, smooth the garment on a flat surface and do not pull the fabric. Use a soft measuring tape. Measure straight unless the product chart says otherwise.
|
Measurement |
How to measure |
|
Bust / chest |
Measure straight across from underarm to underarm. Double only when the product chart defines the value as a full circumference. |
|
Waist |
Measure straight across the natural waist or waistband. For elastic waists, check whether relaxed and stretched measurements are listed. |
|
Hip |
Measure straight across the widest part of the garment. Double only when the chart requests a full circumference. |
|
Shoulder |
Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other. |
|
Sleeve |
Measure from the shoulder seam to the cuff. For raglan sleeves, follow the product-specific note. |
|
Length |
Measure from the stated top reference point to the hem; the start point may differ by top, skirt, trousers or dress. |
|
Inseam |
For trousers, measure from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem. |
|
Swimwear |
For support and one-piece fit, also compare underbust and torso length when those measurements are provided. |
Manual measurement and normal production-batch variation may result in a difference of approximately 1–3 cm (0.4–1.2 in). Slight variation within this range is not automatically a defect.

Fit guidance for everyday fashion, formalwear and swimwear
|
Everyday Fashion Compare a similar garment and consider the intended silhouette. For a relaxed look, choose the larger size when between sizes. |
Formalwear Compare bust, waist and hip. Select the size required by the largest measurement; fitted or non-stretch styles should not be sized down. |
Swimwear Review stretch, bust support, coverage and torso length. A comfortable bust fit does not always guarantee the right one-piece length. |
Stretch and fit
Product pages should identify fabric stretch where possible. Use these descriptions together with the garment measurements:
- No stretch — little or no give; if between sizes, choose the larger size.
- Slight stretch — limited give; check the closest-fitting measurement carefully.
- Medium stretch — noticeable flexibility, but support and intended fit still matter.
- High stretch — greater flexibility; do not assume it compensates for every measurement or torso length.
Special sizing notes
- One Size does not mean one size fits everyone. Always check the listed garment measurements and recommended fit range.
- For fitted or non-stretch garments, choose the larger size when you fall between two sizes.
- For formalwear, use the size required by the largest of the relevant bust, waist and hip measurements. Alterations may still be needed for a precise fit.
- For swimwear, consider fabric stretch, bust support, torso length and preferred coverage—not only the letter size.
- Model height and measurements, when provided, are styling references only and do not replace the product size chart.
