Privacy Policy

Rayshe | Effective and last updated: August 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rayshe ("Rayshe," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our Shopify store, make a purchase, contact us, or otherwise use our services (the "Services"). It also describes choices and rights that may be available to you. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Rayshe is the business responsible for the practices described in this Policy. Privacy inquiries may be sent to rayshecustomer@outlook.com. We do not currently publish a physical business address in this Policy.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, account details, order details, customer-service communications, product reviews, survey responses, marketing preferences, and information you provide when requesting access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right.

Payment information

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other authorized credit-card payment providers. These providers receive the payment and transaction information needed to process, authenticate, prevent fraud, and administer payments. Rayshe generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Information collected automatically

IP address, device and browser information, identifiers, cookie or pixel data, pages and products viewed, referring URLs, search and interaction data, cart activity, checkout activity, approximate location, and timestamps.

Information from partners

Information from Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, fulfillment and shipping providers, customer-support tools, and advertising partners such as Meta, to the extent permitted by law and their terms.

2. How We Use Personal Information

Provide and improve the Services; process payments, orders, returns, refunds and exchanges; arrange fulfillment and delivery; authenticate users; communicate about orders and customer support; detect fraud, abuse and security incidents; maintain records; comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations; analyze store performance; personalize experiences; and send marketing where permitted.

Where required, we rely on consent for non-essential cookies and advertising technologies. Depending on the context and applicable law, other processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as store security, service improvement and fraud prevention.

3. Cookies, Meta Pixel and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies. Essential technologies support storefront operation, security, cart and checkout. With consent where required, non-essential technologies may support analytics, performance measurement, personalization and advertising.

Rayshe uses Meta Pixel. The Pixel may transmit identifiers and website activity, such as page views, product views, cart actions and purchases, to Meta for advertising measurement, audience creation and targeted advertising. Rayshe does not sell personal information for money. However, disclosures connected with cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising processing under some laws.

Our cookie banner is intended to let visitors accept, reject or manage non-essential technologies. In regions requiring prior consent, Meta Pixel and other non-essential tracking should not operate until consent is given. You may later change preferences through the cookie settings control, when available.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose relevant information to Shopify and its affiliates; Shopify Payments, PayPal and other payment providers; fulfillment, warehousing, delivery and logistics providers; IT, hosting, security, analytics and customer-support providers; professional advisers and authorities; and Meta for advertising services when permitted.

We may also disclose information in connection with a business transaction, to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety and security. Service providers are expected to use information for authorized purposes and apply appropriate safeguards.

5. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising Choices

Rayshe does not sell personal information for monetary payment. Because Meta Pixel is used, some transfers may legally constitute sharing or targeted-advertising processing. Rayshe is configuring a Shopify “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” / “Your Privacy Choices” page and intends to place the link in the store footer.

Until that page is active, email rayshecustomer@outlook.com with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out” and identify the email address or order information reasonably needed to locate your record. You may also reject advertising cookies through the cookie banner. Where legally required and technically supported, we will honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. An opt-out will not prevent strictly necessary processing or all advertising; ads may become less personalized.

6. Marketing Communications

Where permitted, we may send promotional email based on your consent or other lawful basis. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting rayshecustomer@outlook.com. Transactional messages about orders, security, policy updates or customer service may still be sent.

7. International Processing and Transfers

Rayshe sells internationally and uses Shopify, payment, logistics, advertising and other providers that may process information in countries different from yours. Where required, we and our providers use applicable safeguards for international transfers. Privacy and government-access rules may differ between countries.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting and tax obligations, disputes, enforcement and other legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction. We delete, anonymize or securely isolate information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal; to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; and to complain to a data-protection authority. Rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Submit a request to rayshecustomer@outlook.com. We will reasonably verify identity using the order email address and, when necessary, limited order information. We will request only information reasonably necessary for verification. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority, and we may still verify the customer directly where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to persons under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information. Rayshe is not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices except as required by law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The revised version will show a new “last updated” date and will be posted on the store. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
