PARTNERSHIP AT A GLANCE  Rayshe welcomes applications from physical boutiques and fashion retailers, online retailers, styling studios and event buyers, and regional distributors. The initial wholesale minimum is 20 units, with mixed styles and sizes permitted, subject to product availability and the approved quotation.

Physical clothing stores, boutiques and multi-brand retailers.
Online retailers operating an identifiable and legitimate sales channel.
Styling studios, production teams and event purchasers buying for professional use.
Regional distributors seeking a documented supply relationship.
Application information
To evaluate fit, availability and commercial requirements, applicants should provide:
The company or store name and current contact details.
The sales channel, physical store address or active website link.
The expected product categories and quantities, together with the intended sales market.
HOW TO APPLY  Email rayshecustomer@outlook.com with the subject line “Wholesale Inquiry.” Rayshe usually responds to a substantially complete application within 2–5 business days. Submission does not guarantee approval, availability, exclusivity or a quotation.

Approval and quotations
Rayshe reviews applications individually and may consider channel fit, target market, requested products, quantities, supply capacity, brand presentation and risk. Approved applicants receive a private quotation. Wholesale pricing is not displayed publicly and may vary by product, quantity, availability, destination and order requirements.
Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, website retail prices, consumer discounts, free-shipping offers and promotional codes do not apply to wholesale orders.

Wholesale Order Terms
Payment, fulfillment, after-sales support and brand use
Minimum order and payment
The first wholesale order requires at least 20 units. Mixed styles and sizes are permitted when confirmed in the quotation.
After the quotation is accepted, full payment is required before Rayshe begins sourcing, preparation or fulfillment.
The order becomes subject to the approved quotation and these terms. Any product, quantity, size, color, price or destination change requires written confirmation from Rayshe.
Preparation, delivery and import costs
Preparation and dispatch timing is confirmed separately in each quotation according to the products, quantities and supply conditions. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing.
Unless the quotation states otherwise, the partner is responsible for shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, remote-area charges and other destination costs. Delays caused by carriers, customs, inspections or events outside reasonable control will be handled in good faith but do not automatically create a right to cancellation.
Cancellation, changes and non-quality returns
Once payment has been made, a wholesale order is generally non-cancellable. A requested change is effective only after Rayshe confirms it in writing. Rayshe may reject a change that affects sourcing, inventory, timing, cost or shipment.
Wholesale goods are not returnable or exchangeable for slow sales, customer preference, incorrect forecasting or other non-quality reasons. This does not limit remedies expressly stated in the quotation or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Quality issues, shortages and incorrect items
The partner must inspect the shipment promptly and notify Rayshe within 7 days after recorded delivery of any defect, shortage or incorrect item. The notice should include the quotation or order reference, packing information, affected quantities, clear photographs or video, and packaging evidence where relevant.
After verification, Rayshe may repair, replace, supply the shortage, issue an appropriate credit or refund the affected item value. The remedy will reflect the verified issue, available stock, shipping circumstances, the quotation and applicable law. Goods must not be destroyed, altered or returned without written instructions.

Brand, Resale & Territory
Authorized presentation, distribution limits and exclusivity
Brand and resale rules
Rayshe names, logos and approved product images may be used only to market genuine products purchased through the authorized relationship.
Approved images and brand materials must not be materially altered, misrepresented or used for unrelated products without written permission.
Partners must not sell counterfeit, imitation or unauthorized goods as Rayshe products.
Partners must not imply an exclusive, agency, franchise, employment or endorsed relationship beyond the written authorization granted.
Partners may not appoint or sublicense another reseller or distributor without Rayshe’s prior written approval.
Partners remain responsible for lawful, truthful and non-misleading product claims, local labeling, taxes, permits, consumer obligations and sales-channel compliance in their markets.
Territory and exclusivity
Approval does not provide an exclusive territory, protected customer group or guaranteed supply. Any exclusivity, territory, sales target, term or renewal arrangement must be contained in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives.
